The problem was, nobody wanted to share that story with the people who needed it most. The traditional practice model was built on distance. Bill the client. Keep it technical. Stay impersonal. Make “professional” synonymous with “unreachable.” And above all — never spend more time than the invoice can justify. Heather rejected all of it.
Flair Accounting was born from a simple but radical conviction: financial expertise should be accessible, integrated, and genuinely useful — not locked behind jargon and hourly billing rates.
